Invitations are a special thing. They are the precursor to your event and really have the ability to make a statement that will last with your guests. If you view them as more than just pieces of paper with information and as a way to set the mood for an event, then you have come to the right place my friend.  Kailynn is the name and paper is my game. I would love to make you custom stationery whether it is for an event as big as your wedding day, or  as routine as a birthday. Either way, I would love to make your event all the more special, by adding custom stationery to your day.

 

More than just the invitation itself, comes the envelopes, envelope addressing, belly bands, envelope liners; the list can go on.  Whatever it is you are looking for in terms of stationery, we'd be happy to provide them for you! INVESTMENT:

Stationery packages for standard events (such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays) start at $200 for a quantity of 40 invitations AND envelopes (included in price). This includes double-sided printing for invitations, if desired.

 

Stationery packages for wedding invitations start at $750 for a quantity of 100 invitation suites with three pieces. This includes a suite with invitations, response card, details card, return address labeling (a custom stamp that the couple may use for later use), and two coordinating envelopes to match the suite. Double-sided printing is also an option for all the paper goods in this package.

 

Additional design details, such as envelope liners, ribbon, wax seals, postage, envelope calligraphy, etc. are available for an additional price, depending on your selections. We also offer these additional services exclusively with no requirement to invest in a full stationery package with us. I full enjoy creating envelope liners all on their own to fit in your envelopes if that is all you desire for your special day. Fine print methods and finishing options, such as letterpress printing, gold foil stamping, deckled edging and more are also available for an additional price.

In addition to Standard and Wedding Stationery, I enjoy designing other day-of details, ranging from place cards, menus,  signage, and more! I would love to add all those fun extra details to make your event and/or special day just as you imagine it to be and more. We can discuss these fun details after you fill out the Questionnaire above.

DESIGN PROCESS: For Stationery Suites

PHASE 01

Complete Custom Design Questionnaire ☺

This helps me to get a sense of your design style and interests. I will email you within 24-48 business hours of receiving your questionnaire to discuss any questions either of us might have.

PHASE 03

Review Design Moodboard

I will create a detailed design moodboard tailored with your design aesthetic and interests in mind for your invitation suite and describe ways to incorporate these design details into aspects of your printed pieces. This will serve as my inspiration for creating your paper goods. We will either have an in-person or virtual tea date to discuss what you do and don't like from the moodboard.

PHASE 05

Review Design Proofs

Upon choosing a direction to move forward with from the rough sketches, more finalized proofs will be made and emailed to you in 1-2 weeks. This is your chance to review the proofs and provide any revisions needed. You are allotted 3 free revisions to your designs, in order to keep the process timely!

PHASE 02

Review Info and Price Proposal

Once we have determined your design aesthetics and product desires, I will create a comprehensive info & price proposal which I will send to you in 24-48 business hours. After reviewing your proposal, you will make your deposit and the fun part begins!

PHASE 04

Rough Sketches

I will create rough sketches of initial concepts for your paper goods. These sketches will usually be in pencil/pen and elements won't be perfectly centered and arranged as they would be in later proofs. These will be sent for review within a week after reviewing the moodboard.

PHASE 06

Approve Final Designs

Hooray! Your designs are complete and will be sent to print! Your final balance is due before printing. Standard printing time for flat printing is 5 business days, and assembly takes an average of 2-3 weeks.
